TERMS OF USE/ SERVICE

By enrolling in any of our FOCUS programs or MOMENTUM membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully as they govern your access to and participation in this program.

1. Programs and Membership Scope and Services
Included Services: As a member, you will have access to online lessons and exercises, group coaching sessions, bonus courses, materials, and a supportive online community.

Limitations: This membership does not provide personalized medical or nutritional guidance. (Refer to the Medical Disclaimer above.)
No guarantee is made for specific outcomes, including weight loss.

2. Programs and Membership Rules
Behavior Expectations: Members are expected to: Be kind, respectful, and inclusive in all communications. Take responsibility for their work and membership payments. Respect the intellectual property of this membership (see Copyright and Usage Disclaimer).

Prohibited Actions: Abusive or non-inclusive behavior, hate speech, or any form of harassment. Sharing proprietary content or confidential materials without authorization. Failure to pay membership dues will result in termination of access.

Payments: Payments are accepted online only—no checks or cash. Membership is auto-renewing unless canceled.

3. Payment and Billing Policies
Renewal and Cancellation: Memberships are set to auto-renew. You can cancel your membership at any time through the Customer Billing Portal.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least three days before your renewal date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued within the first seven (30) days of membership.
There is no proration for mid-cycle cancellations. There are no refunds for FOCUS programs.

Dispute Policy:If you disagree with a charge, please contact us at Maya@sdg.care before initiating a charge dispute with your bank. Chargebacks will result in permanent loss of your program or membership access and the inability to rejoin the program or membership.

4. Legal and Liability Protections
Disclaimer of Liability: No refunds are issued for technical outages or disruptions.
Outcomes, including weight loss, are not guaranteed. Success is dependent on your active participation and effort.

Privacy Policy: Member data collected (name, email, phone) is securely stored and used for membership purposes only. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
This program is not HIPAA-compliant, as it does not involve medical treatment or diagnosis.

Intellectual Property: All materials within this membership are the exclusive intellectual property of My Intentful Life LLC. They are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. General Terms
Age Restrictions:This membership is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, members agree to resolve issues through binding arbitration under the laws of Arizona, rather than pursuing litigation.
Modification of Terms: My Intentful Life LLC reserves the right to update these terms. Members will be notified of any changes within 48 business hours.
