STEP ONE: Clicking the button will take you to completing your new patient paperwork.

STEP TWO: Within 72-business hours, Dr Reker will review your case and prepare a lab slip for you. Valerie our office manager will reach out to you with it, when it's ready. (First $225 charge to your card.)

STEP THREE: You get your labs.

STEP FOUR: We get the results and call you to schedule your initial 90-minute consult with treatment plan, medications, and next steps! (Second $225 charge to your card.)


Regulary follow up visits are $255. Frequency is based on your goals and visit reason. Most commonly, follow ups are required at 90-days when you are first getting started or for more complex cases. 

After establishment of your care, follow ups are commonly every six months.

acute follow up visit

Acute follow up visits are $155. They are for either required quarterly medical weight loss follow ups or can be used for acute needs such as new medication request or change in pharmacy requests.

FAQs

📌 How much does a low dose GLP-1 cost?

We don’t mark up the medication like the weight loss clinics out there. Dr. Reker sends your prescription to a compounding pharmacy at their direct price - no mark ups from us. NOTE: Since we use non-standard dosing, which requires a compounding pharmacy, we do NOT run any GLP-1 medications through insurance. You pay the pharmacy directly.​


Current formulation prices (which are subject to change): 

  • Semaglutide: about $150 per vial
  • Tirzeptide: about $250 per vial

The awesome part? With our low-dose approach, each vial lasts 1.5-3 months. Way cheaper than what you’ve probably heard about.

📌 How much is a low-dose GLP-1 program this with you, and does insurance cover any of this?

  • Doctor visits: Cash pay out-of-pocket. You'll need follow-ups every 90 days for safety.
  • Medications: You pay the pharmacy directly, not us.
  • Labs: We can run these through your insurance if you'd like. Or cash pay is about $250. Lab prices are always subject to change. You'll need new labs 2x per year.
  • Dietitian: Covered by insurance 95% of the time at one hundred percent. No copay or deductible!
  • Dexa scans: Find locally on your own. These run about $75-125.
  • Food trackers: Free to $10 a month with us.
  • Metabolism testing: $200-305. We conduct these once per month in our Gilbert office.

📌 Can you help me understand the ongoing care cost breakdown?

Of course, here's what each cost breakdown looks like AFTER your initial visit costs:
  • Possible acute, once-only 30- day follow-up up post-initial consult. $155
  • Visit #1 per year: Regular follow-up with labs (required ever 6 months for medical monitoring and safety): $255 
  • Visit #2 per year: Weight loss follow up no labs $155 (*weight loss patients only)
  • Visit #3 per year: Regular follow up with labs (required ever 6 months for medical monitoring and safety): $255 
  • Visit #4 per year: Weight loss follow up no labs $155 (*weight loss patients only)

📌 Can I see the doctor via telehealth?

Yes! As long as you live in the state of Arizona, you can see our doctor via telehealth.
