Beyond The Scale: What Your Glucose Patterns Reveal

Lower blood sugar, increase your energy, easier weight loss, fewer cravings, and less stress over food!

💡 No more guessing what’s right for your unique body. Get real-time glucose data, expert guidance, and a step-by-step education to stabilize blood sugar and optimize your metabolism.

🚨 The Metabolic Fingerprint That Makes Your Body Unique

Getting healthy or losing weight isn't just about discipline.

It's about understanding how YOUR unique body processes foodsomething generic nutrition advice simply can't provide.

We want to show you how the same technology used by health professionals can reveal exactly what's happening inside YOUR body, not someone else's.

Here's the reality: Your body responds to foods in a completely individual way. Without seeing your personal data, you might be unknowingly triggering blood sugar fluctuations that affect your energy, cravings, and ability to lose weight.

WITHOUT real-time data, your nutrition choices are based on general guidelines, not your body's needs.

WITHOUT personalized guidance, even "healthy" foods might not be optimal for your unique metabolism.

EVEN IF you're following a well-designed plan, your individual response could be different than expected.

EVEN IF you've tried various approaches like keto, intermittent fasting, or paleo, you've been missing the critical piece: your body's real-time feedback.

The key isn't another restrictive diet –
it's understanding your body's unique blood sugar patterns through continuous glucose monitoring.

What results have you seen?

"Weight loss! Finally. Less stress about eating. Cravings lower."

What surprised you the most about using a CGM?

"Chocolate chip cookies with walnuts are not evil! haha Huge swings at night after a high-carb day. How much exercise takes my glucose levels down immediately. How much fruit drives my up glucose."

-J.L., Program Participant

After years of helping clients follow standard nutritional guidance, we discovered the power of CGM technology. Seeing our own personal blood sugar data transformed our understanding of nutrition – even as dietitians! This led us to redesign our approach around this technology, developing a method to help people understand their unique metabolic patterns.

✨ Using this program, you can:

Identify YOUR personal blood sugar patterns and food sensitivities

Address energy fluctuations and hunger cues

Create sustainable eating patterns based on your body's actual needs

Optimize your metabolism for consistent health improvements

Support long-term metabolic health

hi! 👋 we're the southwest dietitian group

Maya, Tiffany, Taylor, Josie, and Dr Reker

For the past decade, we've worked with clients who were doing "everything right" but still struggled with weight, energy issues, and health plateaus. The standard nutrition advice wasn't addressing their individual needs.

When we began using Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) with our clients, we discovered fascinating patterns. Some found that their "healthy" morning oatmeal caused significant glucose responses, while others learned that simply changing the order of foods on their plate helped stabilize their blood sugar and eliminate afternoon energy dips.

This matters because your blood sugar response is uniquely yours. Two people can eat identical meals and have completely different metabolic reactions, which explains why generic nutrition advice often falls short.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR:
anyone on insulin, anyone on dialysis, with problematic hypoglycemia, or anyone under 18 years of age

For the past several years I have been cursed with high cholesterol. I made a conscious effort a few years ago to stop eating out so much, and started cooking all of my meals at home. Making a weekly meal chart was key for us, and stopped us from impulse buying at the store. Still my cholesterol remained super high.  Every time I went to the Dr, I was told to eat less fat, and start exercising. I refused to be on medication, and so I decided to try a route I hadn't done before.

That's when I found Southwest dietitian group. For the past 6 months working with Maya, I have been dialing in my eating habits, such as increasing my protein, tracking what I eat, and adding certain supplements to my routine. Last July my total cholesterol was at 240 and my triglycerides were at 200. As of yesterday My total cholesterol is down to 184, and my triglycerides are down to 122! This is a HUGE win for me, and I am grateful for Maya and team. My cholesterol was my #1 goal, and next will be my weight. Baby steps are key, and will lead to great things. ❤️

I just had my very first appointment with Taylor, and I could not be happier!! She listened to where I am and helped me to understand what's going on with myself. She literally had me in tears with how amazing she was with me. I am so glad I took this first step, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.

When I first met Maya I was in a hard spot with my relationship with food and my physical/mental health was suffering. She met me with compassion, truth, encouragement, and science.

Through each appointment I learned more and more about myself and how to unlearn patterns and behaviors that no longer benefited me. I needed someone with expert knowledge and practical experience to guide me as I attempted to unravel a pretty tangled mess I found myself in.

I’m finally in a place now where I can say that health is my priority, not a number on the scale or my pant size. I feel strong, capable of making good food choices, and finally feel the freedom I needed.

Maya is all about being honest with yourself and finding sustainability. She truly cares about the individual and their personal health journey. Couldn’t recommend Maya enough and this organization more!

I just started working with the Southwest Dietitian group and I am already so impressed! My initial visit was thorough, and my dietitian was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me come up with a game plan to get the results I am looking for. I left feeling optimistic and confident that my goals are achievable.

I had an amazing experience here. Even after just one session, I felt incredibly inspired and motivated to make positive changes in my diet and lifestyle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being!

I would give more stars if I could! Maya and her team are so wonderful. They have been a part of my health/weight loss journey for the last 6 months and have been a huge part of my success - they are knowledgeable, communicative, easy to get in touch with, very resourceful and are unbelievably supportive.

They are just great people all around and it is obvious how genuinely they want their clients to succeed. Thank you thank you thank you!

After years of dealing with digetsive issues and basically being given up on by my Gastro Doc I sought the help of a nutritionist. I am very impressed with the service I have received from SDG. My dietitian, Tiffany has been compassionate, professional and understanding of my issues. She is a saint! The team at SDG puts in 100% everytime I have any additional. If you are suffering from digestive or diet issues I highly recommend them!
